No. We believe in long-term partnerships, but without rigid commitments. If your plans change, you can end the collaboration with reasonable notice.
That depends on the condition of the property. In most cases, we need about 1–2 weeks for photos, listings, equipment, and initial approvals – then you’re ready to start. If the property requires renovation or additional furnishings, we are happy to advise you.
The property should be furnished, well maintained, and legally approved as a holiday rental. We’re happy to advise you on questions regarding the rental license (Alojamento Local), equipment, and safety standards.
