• Please leave the property in a broom-clean condition.
• Dispose of trash in public containers and do not leave it in front of the house.

• Please do not make any changes to the furniture or equipment.
• Furniture and inventory must not be removed or rearranged.

• Please report any damage, malfunctions, or concerns immediately.
• Repairs may take up to 72 hours.

• Baby cots, extra beds, and additional cleaning are available only upon prior request and subject to availability.
