  • Completing the accommodation form (e.g., arrival time, number of guests, identification documents of foreign guests, in accordance with Agência para a Integração, Migrações e Asilo (AIMA) requirements)
  • Contacting us via form, email, or phone
  • Use of additional services (transfers, cleaning, etc.)
  • Visiting the website (use of functional cookies and, where applicable, analytics tools, see section 3)


Purposes of Processing:


  • Processing of bookings and services
  • Fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g., reporting foreign guests to Portuguese authorities)
  • Customer communication and support
  • Technical provision and optimization of the website
  • Analysis of user behavior (only with consent)

4a. Use of External Booking Platform (Talkguest)

Our booking page https://bookings.casacasa.pt is technically provided via the platform Talkguest, a service of Talkguest Lda., Portugal. Once you access this section or make a booking, the privacy policy of Talkguest also applies.


We have concluded a data processing agreement with Talkguest in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR in order to ensure that your data is also protected there to the highest possible standard.


Please note that Talkguest may use its own cookies or analytics tools. We have no influence over their scope or technical implementation. For details, please refer to the privacy policy of Talkguest.


5. Data Sharing


  • No disclosure to third parties without a legal basis or consent
  • Payment processing through certified payment service providers
  • Disclosure to authorities only when legally required (e.g., reporting foreign guests to Agência para a Integração, Migrações e Asilo (AIMA))
