Arrival & Check-in

Pre-Check-In & Form

  • After booking, you will receive an email or SMS with your booking confirmation.
  • Please complete the accommodation form in full. (Including arrival time, number of guests, ID details, and other required information).
  • Only fully and correctly completed forms allow for a smooth check-in and stay.
  • Incorrect information or manipulation may result in cancellation of the booking.

Identification Check on Arrival

  • At check-in, the ID documents of all foreign guests will be verified.
  • This information is reported to the authorities in accordance with legal requirements.

Check-in & Check-out Times

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Late check-in (until 10:00 PM): €30 fee, available only with prior notice
  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure
  • Please let us know your departure time in advance.

Key Handover & Return

  • Rooms: 1 key | Apartments: 2 keys
  • Please leave the keys on the main table when you depart (do not leave them in the door).
  • Lost keys: €30 per key
  • Emergency service for key problems:
  • €20 (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM)
  • €30 (06:00 PM – 09:00 AM)
  • Any locksmith costs must be covered by the guest.

Late Check-out

  • Late check-out without prior agreement may result in the loss of the security deposit (equivalent to one additional night).
  • If guests refuse to leave the property, eviction may be enforced.

Security Deposit

  • The security deposit is pre-authorized in advance but not charged.
  • It will be released within 7 days after check-out if no damage is reported.
  • Invalid or insufficiently funded credit cards may lead to cancellation of the booking.
  • Alternatively, another payment method may be provided within 12 hours after notification.
