  • CASA CASA PROPERTY SERVICES is available by phone in case of emergencies.
  • The emergency number will be provided in your booking confirmation.
  • Please use it only for urgent matters, such as:
    • Power or water outages
    • Lost keys
    • Break-ins or safety-related situations.

Technical Issues

  • Please report faulty appliances, gas smells, or water damage immediately.
  • Repairs are usually completed within 72 hours.
  • Delays may occur when external service providers are involved.

Health & Safety

  • In a medical emergency, please call 112 (Portugal’s national emergency number).
  • In case of accidents, fire, or other dangerous situations:
  • Leave the property safely.
  • Contact CASA CASA PROPERTY SERVICES immediately.

What Must Be Reported

  • Damage to furniture or property
  • Suspected burglary or vandalism
  • Incidents involving neighbors or the police
  • Any form of criminal activity (including reports filed with authorities)

Access to the Property

CASA CASA PROPERTY SERVICES may access the property at any time if:

    • an emergency occurs
    • there is a risk to guests or the property
    • maintenance work is required (with prior notice)
